TAPETALK 1.4.3

Licence terms

TapeTalk by BlackApples - End User Licence Agreement

This is an agreement between you and BlackApples for the TapeTalk software ("TapeTalk").
By installing or using TapeTalk you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or
use TapeTalk.

1. What you get
BlackApples grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and
use TapeTalk on the computer your code was made for. The trial lets you use TapeTalk in
full for 14 days without a code.

2. Codes
A code is made for one computer (its Machine ID) and may not be shared, sold or passed
on. If you replace your computer, contact BlackApples for a new code. BlackApples may
refuse codes to anyone found sharing them.

3. What you may not do
You may not copy TapeTalk other than for backup, sell or rent it, take it apart, work
around its code check, or remove its notices.

4. Recordings
TapeTalk records the sound your PC plays. You are responsible for what you record and
for respecting the rights of its owners and the laws where you live. BlackApples has no
part in what you record or do with it.

5. Privacy
TapeTalk makes no network connections and sends nothing anywhere. Your recordings,
settings and code stay on your computer (see PRIVACY.txt).

6. No warranty
TapeTalk is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. BlackApples is not liable for
any loss or damage arising from its use, including lost recordings; to the extent the law
allows, liability is limited to what you paid for TapeTalk.

7. Third parties
TapeTalk is built with the JUCE framework (Raw Material Software Limited) under the JUCE
licence, and with Ogg Vorbis (Xiph.Org Foundation, BSD licence). MP3 and AAC encoding use
components of Microsoft Windows. These remain their owners' property.

8. Ending
This licence ends if you break its terms. Then you must stop using TapeTalk and delete it.
